Our meal at Sakti was absolutely fantastic. The food was excellent and intentive, the drinks were creative and oriiginal and complemented every course wonderfully, portions were exactly right in size, presentation was divine, the atmosphere is secluded and refined. "Amazing food that cures!"
As a life-long non-vegetarian, I had no idea what to expect of the food I would be provided with at Fivelements, Ubud, where I attended a 5 day Yoga Detox retreat where the intention was to eat only raw, vegan, food. What a surprise and revelation. Every mouthfull was exquisite and although there were three servings at each meal, I never felt bloated after a meal, nor did I ever leave the table feelling hungry. There was a choice of at least 5 different meals for breakfast and the menu was different each day for lunch and dinner. I concluded that if this was not only vegetarian, but also raw food, I could quite happily convert overnight.The service was polite, friendly, yet entirely unobtrusive and the open indoor atmosphere was serene. And of course, this food not only looks (the presentation was incredible) and tastes nice, it is very good for you! I look forward to my next visit!

"A top-tier restaurant, period"
Whether you like raw food or not, this is a must try. Some of the dishes are warm (to a low enough level to preserve most nutrients), and the extensive menu should have items to suit every taste. The setting in the lush open surrounds of Fivelements by the river complements the meal experience. As for raw food fans, I believe this is the best raw food restaurant anywhere. Truly sensational.

While there are many (great) options for raw food around Ubud, Sakti @ Fivelements was one of the absolute highlights. It's also one of the only 'gourmet' raw options I came across while in Bali. I've gone raw before but this place is on another level. My body completely changed in response to the food at fiveelements - it was as though I'd hit the reset button. Everything is made to an exceptionally high standard and with such love - I can't recommend it enough. If you're a yogi or live a raw / conscious lifestyle, this place is an absolute must.

"Five star menu"
Passionate food is created by Made and his team. The raw vegan menu is creative and inspired. I am not a vegan or vegetarian and during my 8 day stay each meal had a wow factor. I also participated in a culinary class which was fun and recipes were provided. The only downside was when I departed Fivelements other meals I ate couldn't live up to the delicious food at Fivelements!
